Q. What kind of customers does Klepac service?
A. We are a wholesale grower servicing florists, wholesalers, interiorscapes and quality oriented retail chains in most Texas metro areas.
Q. How can i become a customer and what criteria is needed?
A. For the established customer types listed above, a Texas Resale Certificate and Texas Floral Certificate or Agriculture Certificate is required. Contact us at (830) 833-4574 or info@klepacgreenhouses.com and request a new customer information packet.
Q. what areas in Texas do you deliver to?
A. We have 7 different delivery routes. Here are the routes and order deadlines.
Corpus Christi - Order deadline is at 3:00 PM on Friday, delivers on Monday.
Houston - Order deadline is at 3:00 PM on Friday, delivers on Tuesday.
West Texas - Order deadline is at 2:00 PM on Monday, delivery starts on Tuesday and completes on Wednesday.
San Antonio - Order deadline is at 3:00 PM on Monday, delivers on Wednesday.
Dallas/ Fort Worth - Order deadline is at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, delivers Wednesday.
Austin - Order deadline is 3:00 PM on Tuesday, delivers on Thursday.
Bryan College Station (Bi-Weekly) - Order deadline is 3:00 PM on Tuesday, delivers on Thursday.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. Once a customer status has been set, all orders are placed through an assigned Klepac sales representative via phone, fax or email.

Q. How do I care for my new Klepac plant?
A. Please refer to the plant profiles under the “what we offer” section of this website for care and handling instructions.
Q. What does “indirect light” mean with regards to plant placement?
A. Indirect light is a bright location, but not in direct sunlight
q. What does “MODERATELY moist” mean with regards to watering my plant?
A. Most plants need to be watered when the soil surface s dry to the touch. At that time, water thoroughly and draining all excess water from the pot thus allowing the soil to stay moderately moist.
Q. DO i need to take off the dead blooms (dead heading)?
A. It is recommended that you remove both dead leaves and blooms to keep your plant healthy.
Q. SHould i fertilize my klepac plant?
A. We recommend using a general house plant fertilizer every third month or as directed by the fertilizer.
Q. Can I repot my Klepac plant?
A. Yes. Use good quality house soil that has good drainage. Be careful not to damage the roots.
